LA LITANIE DES CIMES
Acoustic trio, undergrowth music
Jazz Migration 2020 winner
Created in 2019 by violinist Clément Janinet with Elodie Pasquier on clarinets and Bruno Ducret on cello, The Litany of the Peaks plays with long movements, seemingly slow tempos, and harmonic contemplations. With more than 70 concerts in trio, La Litanie explores new horizons with Estonian pianist Kirke Karja and Malian singer Mah Damba.

“Their poem vibrates with such sensitivity that it fascinates from the first to the last note”

The music is composed by violinist Clément Janinet, a chamber jazz cocktail befitting both the intimate setting in the trees and the stark majesty of the mountain peaks perfectly.
